Damian was a guest on the ‘The 4 ’til 7 Show’ with presenters Kat Shoob and Tom Price on Magic Radio today, Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
They discussed his new vampire comedyThe Radleys and the song he wrote for the soundtrack called ‘Suck My Blood.’ Initially he wrote something that was a bluesy version, but then Keefus Ciancia, who composed the film’s score, produced it which resulted in a banging electronic dance track. Damian also shared that his character Will wore a full-on wig, not extensions.
The presenters commented on Damian’s fabulous moustache which he’s sporting for his upcoming WW2 project Pressure.
To finish out the segment they played a game called Timeline where guests must re-order past events oldest first, newest last in 10 seconds or less. Damian’s random category was movie songs sung by the cast: a) Bradley Cooper in A Star is Born, b) Taron Egerton in Rocketman, and c) Jennifer Lawrence in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I. Unfortunately the Timeline beat Damian, who chose Lawrence, Egerton and Cooper, but the actual order was Lawrence (2014), Cooper (2018), then Egerton (2019). Damian quipped, “It’s like coming in last on Top Gear.”
The Radleys is currently in select US theaters, Video on Demand, and various streaming services like Amazon Video and AppleTV, and will be on SkyTV/NOW in the UK on October 18, 2024.
