Damian Lewis Was Interviewed for Currahee to Normandy Documentary

The Jump

Stuart Bertie Photography took photos of Damian as he was interviewed for the Currahee to Normandy call to action and The Jump documentary.  The documentary highlights the sacrifices of World War II veterans and underscores the ongoing need for support and gratitude. Funds raised from the documentary’s distribution, events, and associated merchandise sales will be donated to select veteran support organizations.

The documentary serves as a valuable educational resource, engaging audiences with history through a unique and memorable experience.  The Jump is an emotionally charged documentary that captures the journey of Band of Brothers actors and their families as they prepare to jump into history. By experiencing the jump training that Easy Company went through during 1942 at Camp Toccoa, and then jumping into Normandy in June 2024, they inspire action for the future. The Jump captures the intense physical and mental training the actors undergo to prepare for the parachute jump. Their journey includes expert guidance from seasoned paratroopers and veterans.
