Damian Lewis and Band Played Boisdale of Canary Wharf

Intimate Dinner and a Show

Damian and his brilliant band played for an intimate crowd of family, friends and fans at Boisdale of Canary Wharf Restaurant and Bar on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 9:15 to 11:00 p.m. at 1 Cabot Square, London, UK. The nightly live music was set in the traditional Scottish restaurant that has a whiskey and oyster bar, a cigar terrace, a gallery room with private dining and a large bay window overlooking Cabot Square fountains. Audience members included Damian’s partner Alison Mosshart, FanFunWithDamianLewis staff, Debbi Clark from Sir HvH Arts Foundation, Sharmilla from CureEB foundation, and Patrick Cleasby, drummer Will Cleasby’s father. This gig featured new songs off of Damian’s highly anticipated second album due out later this year, as well as songs from his debut album Mission Creep. He opened with She Makin’ Me Change playing his electric guitar, then Hole in My Roof, followed by the sultry Down on the Bowery and the upbeat tempo My Little One. New songs included Love Bomb, Question Mark, Pentonville Prison and Traffic Jam. Speaking of, here is a clip of Traffic Jam, a song with a David Bowie-sounding influence:
