Damian Lewis, Alastair Campbell and Jeremy Clarkson to host Have I Got News for You

Looks like his episode should air Friday, April 27th!

Homeland star Damian Lewis, Dirk Gently actor Stephen Mangan and former political spin doctor Alastair Campbell are among the stars who have been announced as guest hosts on the new series of Have I Got News for You.

HIGNFY will return to TV on Friday 13 April, with Mangan occupying the host’s chair on a show that will also see actor Miles Jupp and journalist Grace Dent making appearances as guest panellists alongside regulars Paul Merton and Ian Hislop.

Jo Brand will chair the second episode of the series, while Damian Lewis is set to take the reins for the third, having enjoyed presenting the programme on three previous occasions.

Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson is in line to host the fourth episode and Alexander Armstrong has been booked to chair the fifth.

Alastair Campbell will make his much-anticipated guest host debut on the series’ eighth instalment.

The three remaining hosts and other panellists will be announced at a later date, and HIGNFY will run weekly on BBC1 until Friday 8 June.
